PHRC Refinery Rehabilitation - Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Inspects Project

The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, this week visited Port-Harcourt Refining Company Refinery to inspect the progress made with the ongoing rehabilitation works being carried out by Tecnimont SPA (contractor) and Montego Upstream Services Ltd. (Sub-contractor). He noted that "where they are now is impressive, they are on schedule", following his tour of the project site and expressed his confidence that the refinery will be ready to serve Nigerians as scheduled by 2023.
